Why do we have two types of highlight?

One is the standard foil “natural” highlight. The other is the back-to-back ultimate highlighted blonde.

What is Airtouch Balayage?

Very fine slices where the hair is diffused through with the hairdryer to give a soft blend but a solid blonde (or colour of choice) at the mids/ends.

What is Lived-In Balayage?

That natural sun-kissed balayage look that blends with your own hair colour. It can be subtle or bold, but always blended.

What is Bye Bye Box Dye?

This is a strip of an unwanted colour that only needs approximately two levels of lighting. An All Over It colour would need to be added to this service.

What is Hopes of Black to Blonde?

This is a specialist colour correcting service. Platinum carding (thin slices back to back) to achieve maximum lightening. This can be a timely process due to sometimes having to rinse foils when they’re ready, even before we’ve applied the full head. Sometimes, some parts will need a re-do and then the new colour applied. The best-case scenario is an all-over colour. Other times we need to pre-colour and then re-colour for a finished result. This is generally a whole day appointment.

Why are there two different prices for the scalp bleach?

If you get your roots done before 8 weeks, it’s an easy paint-on job. When you go over 8 weeks and depending how long, if we were to simply paint on your roots, you will have banding (white roots, yellow, then your previous colour) So to avoid this, we now have to foil in between. Potentially paint the mid band and then have to go back and now paint your roots after. So if left very long, it then turns into a Platinum carding service.
